Russell Guilfoyle has been a true blessing to us from 2018 to 2021. He knows his stuff very well and beyond. I am very meticulous on who to use when dealing with our property. I wanted one of honesty, integrity, patience, willing to work with me, open and transparent, but also willing to tell me where I needed to readjust my view based on facts, knowledge and wisdom. And I found all of these characteristics and traits in Russell, and I appreciate him much as a person, and to this day more as a very good dear friend and without question as my Professional Realtor. He helped us work through challenges we had on our properties when selling them, and he tremendously walked with us and fought for us, and the negotiations and closings were flawless. He went beyond just the call of duty to make sure all our requests, questions and needs were met! He kept us abreast on all transactions and dealings with intricate players to the finish line. There is just too many things to list on how Mr. Russell has helped us during the selling and buying purchase. He goes above and beyond what is usually expected of a realtor. He knows the area and he knows his pricing. He will get you top dollar if your selling, and he will negociate the best price if your buying. He has saved us thousands. With the sale of our last property we had difficulties with an unexpected encroachment issue from a neighbor. He worked overtime together with our title company to get the issue resolved. Together with Century title they are the ultimate dream team. He takes the stress and anxiety out of the process, as well as Claremore's best kept secret. Very thorough and very detailed, and always keeping you informed. I like that he was always communicating with me about where we were in the process or if there were any changes. I just can't imagine buying a place without him.
