Rusty is our broker and also the in-house broker for Buena Vida Estates a continuing care retirement community since 2009. Rusty currently holds the designations of CBR (Council of Real Estate Brokers Managers, MRP (Military Relocation Professional), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). He is a proud veteran of the United States Navy serving during Desert Storm Desert Shield, those years of service were very valuable in teaching him about hard work and dedication. Kelly is the office manager and is also a licensed Realtor since 2010. She has a Bachelors from the University of Central Florida and cares the E-Pro designation. Rusty and Kelly work as a team doing residential, commercial, investment, and bank owned real estate.
Rusty Melle is currently serves on the Board of the Henegar Center for the Performing Arts, Florida Realtor Board of Directors District 2, the Board of Real Estate Business Institute, On the Board of Space Coast Association of Realtors, and the chairman of the CIC (Commercial Investment Committee and the CIC Task Force. A member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, West Melbourne Business Advisory Board, Buena Vida Foundation, and Melbourne Regional Chamber Board of Director.
Our family is proud founders and sponsor of Coloring the Causeway for a Cure. A walk from down town Melbourne up the causeway and back, all proceeds benefit our local Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation and SCREW (Surviving Cancer Requires Eternal Will) Cancer.

Rusty was very accommodating for my elderly mother (who cannot drive). He helped get everything together and met her at her new home to sign papers, etc. He always kept me in the loop and communicated with me within hours if I had any questions.

Rusty was proactive in getting all the paperwork done on time and handled everything for us. He organized or helped to organized the repairs that were needed after the buyer's inspection and per the buyer's requirements. Rusty was a big part of making this sale smooth for us as sellers. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. We were impressed with how quickly he got the house sold for us. We had people looking at the house with only a few days of putting it on the market. Rusty also helped to set a reasonable price on the house, which we believe was a major factor in selling it so quickly.

Rusty truly knows the real estate market in the Melbourne area. He gave me suggestions to prepare my home for sale. Following that, he assisted me in determining the asking price which turned out to be right on target. In the first two days on the market, my home had nine showings and four offers were submitted. The one I selected was full cash and above asking price. I would not hesitate to employ the services of Rusty at anytime in the future.

Our house was under contract at a desirable price within one week of giving Rusty the listing. Totally professional classy guy. I wouldn't go on and on talking about the great job they did but I need 150 words. A great job can easily explained in a few words. A bad job, which this is not takes much longer. This requirement for 150 words is only happening because I want this 5 star rating to show up.
