The decision to buy a home is not only financial but deeply personal as well. You want it to reflect your aesthetics and house your belongings. Your people and your pets should be comfortable and have all their needs met.
There are tradeoffs to be made. For instance, do you desire a bigger house or a shorter commute? During the pandemic, your residence may need to include a home office and/or learning spaces; whereas, in normal times, proximity to work, school and other key destinations is what makes life easier.
What about selling your home? I have a good aesthetic sense and can help you present your home to its best advantage. I will make sure, through marketing and open houses, that the house has plenty of exposure. After reviewing comparable properties that have sold, we will – together – price it so that it sells quickly.
There are lots of choices to be made and steps to be taken in order to buy or sell a residential property. I am sympathetic to the scale of the task and the extent of the investment. Let’s talk and see if we’re compatible. I promise no pressure on my part and no obligation on yours.
I will be delighted to donate 1% of the commission I make on your transaction to a DC-metropolitan area charity of your choice.
