Without Ruth I would not be in my new home - I saw this home - A PTC small 3 bedroom ranch come up on my Zillow email - At 5 pm - I drove over to look at it - It was 15 minutes away from me - I loved it and called Ruth as soon as I got home - I new it would go fast ! Ruth said I will meet you their in 15 minutes ! To go thru the house - not wait until tomorrow - I will meet you now ! Long story short - I knew their would be a bidding war on this house - so I bid higher than the asking price - BUT I had a problem because I was not pre-approved for a mortgage - And you have to be pre-approved before you can make a formal offer on a house - Ruth said she would call her mortgage guy and he could get me pre-approved over the computer after I gave my info - It took a couple of hours into the night with Ruth , me and mortgage guy - But at 11 PM at night we were all good and Ruth submitted my offer to the seller electronically - Their were multiple offers on the house the next day but I was the high bidder ! Without Ruth I would not be in my new home ! Ruth goes the extra mile and is a person with a big heart and it shines thru ! Thanks Ruth ! I love my new home ! Glenn Posey PTC Kedron

Buying a home in PTC is an experience, not an easy one. Ruth was so patient and insightful. Her willingness to show us houses for months and months was so kind, she never skipped a beat.
