About Ryan Kain

Buying and selling real estate, especially for the first time or in a market new to you, can be a confusing and stressful process, unless you have a top-notch Realtor on your team to assist and advise you.

In the Detroit market, I am that Realtor. My specialty and passion is working in the City of Detroit proper, where my deep knowledge of the various neighborhoods and communities, as well as my broad network of contractors, lenders, and other assets creates value for owner occupants and investors alike!

I serve three primary types of clients; regular (and often first-time) homebuyers, property-owners ready to sell, and investors looking to build long-term relationships and generate strong returns in the Detroit Market.

For homebuyers, you can count on my honesty and straightforward manner to help you find a home that fits your needs, budget, and desires, at the best price point possible. I have deep knowledge of programs used to assist first time home buyers, such as FHA and MSHDA loans, as well as varioius down-payment assistance programs. I also have strong relationships with a small but diverse group of mortgage lenders who are dedicated to fitting you with the most advantageous loan type for your unique situation. I am dedicated to educating you on the entire process, helping you make the best decisions considering the circumstances of each individual client and property, and making the home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

For those who have a property they are considering selling, you may rely on me to give you an ACCURATE and REALISTIC analysis as to what your property will actually SELL for and how long it will take to sell. Too many agents are ready to tell you what they think you want to hear; you need to hear what is realistic and I will deliver that to you. Each property must be approached uniquely, and this is especially true in Detroit. I have deep experience in assessing the current value of properties in all conditions and, more importantly, WHO your likely buyer will be. By understanding who that buyer is likely to be, we can work together to make your property as appealing to that buyer as possible, in order to achieve maximum value for you!

For investors, I have intimate knowledge of the city of Detroit and am well-versed in the its various strengths and weaknesses. I focus on building long-term relationships in which you will be desirous to purchase multiple properties over time, based on the results I deliver on our first property together. Whether you are looking to build a portfolio of income properties or you are looking for a value property to fix up and flip, I can help you identify the areas you should pursue and avoid. I also offer a broad network as part of my services, including a highly reviewed property management firm with over 30 years of experience in Detroit, multiple contractors who can be relied upon to perform quality work at a fair price in a timely manner, and access to a world-renowned AirBNB/short-term rental host if you are interested in exploring the highly profitable short-term rental market.

I look forward to being your Realtor and helping your achieve your real estate goals!
