I highly recommend Sada Hojaij and her work. She was my realtor she is professional, flexible and was very accommodating with helping me find my dream home. I'm a first time home buyer, thankfully with Sada I had honest guidance, feedback and great referals to other companies to get everything done efficiently(with ease and a timely manor). She has 20 years in the buisness and will work a good deal. Due to her expertise she knows the ins and outs. She is a shark in her work and will see that you dont over pay a places worth. Having bought or sold three separate homes in three different markets over the last year, I can honestly say that Sada is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She helped coordinate a plan over the last 1.5 years to help me sell a house I acquired right before the housing balloon burst, as fast as possible when it was time. This was a monumental task, given corruption with a prior rental company that had managed the property, having to deal with a dishonest township, and negotiating with contractors to get the house in best value position to sell. In the end, I made 10% more than I expected (including the repair costs) and she guided the process beautifully. Sada was persistent, accurate, honest, professional, and a relentless advocate for her appreciative client. She is one of the hardest working individuals with which I have had the pleasure to work, and given my profession (surgeon), that’s saying more than a lot. I cannot thank her enough for the work that she did, and would highly recommend Ms. Hojaij to ANYONE buying or selling a home - small, big, or colossal!
