We worked with Sandie for several months starting before we were actually ready to buy and after. Sandie was very willing to show us areas that would be of interest to us after we sold our house and were ready to buy a new home. She spent time with us though she knew we were not ready to take the plunge.After we sold our house, Sandie worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for us. We were not easy to please, but she kept trying! We had a list of requirements and she found our dream home.She is very knowledgeable of the Volusia-Flagler areas. She is a pleasure to deal with and is always available for a phone call, a text or an email. We can not say enough about how much she did for us and what a pleasure it was to work with her.

Sandi’s was absolutely wonderful! She helped us buy a wonderful starter home about 6 months ago and was just a pleasure to work with. Our only regret was not doing this review sooner.She was always on time or followed up if she was going to be slightly late. Always had detailed information of the surrounding area, neighborhood, and home itself. Worked very hard to do comps to make sure we were getting a fair price, and was an absolute team with our lender Freddy Kling. She kept in mind that we were VA, was never pushy, and ALWAYS stayed within our budget instead of trying to stretch it.Thank you Sandie for your hard work and dedication. We know who to turn to for our our next home down the road!

Sandie was wonderful to work with, she made our long distance home buying experience easy. Sandie viewed the home for us, went to the house when the home inspection was done and kept us well informed during the whole process. I would highly recommend Sandie as she is very honest and knowledgeable.

Sandie is awesome. I've been working with her since 2015. Sandie sold me my first house in Daytona Beach for mega $$ below market. At that time she is very professional, Responsive and most of all caring. Since then she has recomended wonderful contractors, inspectors who were all top notch and saved me a ton of money compared to the ones I find on Angi's list, thumtack etc. I have recomended my friends to Sandie and they have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. Sandie will be selling my house when the time comes right but for those of you who have her now. She is great, once again she is honest, responsive and most of all she cares about your interest!

She is excellent ! I highly recommend her for when you're buying a home she keep you informed. She showed me a lot of homes. Working with her it was like having a realtor 24 /7. When houses were available she was available to show them. All the realtors that I work in the past She is the best .all I can say if you are seriously looking for a home Sandie Ocampo-Geiger is the realtor you want helping you . I got a beautiful home because of her .

We enjoyed working with Sandie for our 1st time home buying experience. She was exceedingly patient with all our questions, helped us narrow down what we wanted, viewed many many homes in a short period of time, and even brought more to show that we may have missed. She figured out what we wanted before we did (we started out thinking we were open to renovations, ended up buying a move in ready home), and ultimately lead us to our new home. Overall it was a pleasant experience and she helped to make it as stress free as possible (is that possible?) We actually met her after requesting to view a home on Zillow, she called right away. I was unsure if I would stick with someone we only "met on the internet" but she was both personable and knowledgeable and/or willing to find out. I'd recommend her to anyone.
