Our experience with Sandy was pleasant from the very beginning. We found her to be efficient, great with follow ups and understanding to our needs. I tend to be a very thorough person and I'm sure some of my requests were a bit out of the ordinary but Sandy never blinked an eye and if she didn't have the answer she found it. We never hesitated in having her as our realtor, we needed someone with extensive experience, someone that knew the area very well and that has worked with many other realtors (networking). Moving or relocating in our case is a BIG event and knowing that Sandy had our backs and was keeping our interests as a priority helped us to breath easier. Sandy is just amazing! She is the consummate professional with many years of experience and extensive knowledge of the local market. When putting our house up for sale, she was careful to not price it too high and scare off potential buyers. As a result, we had 2 offers immediately after the house went on the market and both then bid up. We ended up getting a very good price which more than met our expectations. Another way that Sandy brings so much value is in her team. The stager she recommended did a wonderful job preparing the house for sale. She also introduced us to an agent who did an outstanding job selling off our furniture for very good prices. The trash man she recommended was just phenomenal and saved us a lot of money. As a result, every part of the sale went smoothly. In addition to all of that, she is just a wonderful person to get to know. I can't recommend her highly enough!
