Sandra hit the ground running for me, and sprinted to the finish line for the close date. When anything was wrong she fixed it, to the point where when the seller’s realtor failed her own son came out and made improvements to the house. So happy to have worked with such a wonderful person.

I am an Army veteran and bought my first house 10 years ago while stationed at Fort Hood, TX. I've since moved to South Carolina and decided it was time to sell. I used USAA's Real Estate Rewards Program and was assigned 2 real estate agents to interview. I chose Sandra without hesitation because she was the one who continuously initiated contact with me, she did a web video for the property walk thru since I couldn't be there in person, and she was straight-forward and professional. I'm not going to lie: this experience was not an easy one for me due to me not being in Texas, due to the horrible state of the home, and after having buyers pull out of sales contracts. Sandra is amazing, always quick with answers to my questions will to see any and all homes I am interested in. She has driven over 30 + miles a day to see homes with me. Very reliable and honest about each house. I would recommend Sandra to any home buyer. It was my first time buying a home and she walked me through every step so I was not confused.

Mrs. Bobb was recommended to me by my previous realtor who helped me buy my home. After hanging up the phone with my previous realtor Mrs. Bobb called me not 30 minutes later already having a game plan. We met a few days later in person and she had a packet built of how she was going to attack the sell of my home and explained everything clear and concise. Her guidance and support from that day on helped the process of selling the home without any stress. She took care of me and made it her business to let me know she had my interest at heart.
