Sandra was highly recommended by friends of ours and lived up to our expectations. She took us on as clients and found great properties within a few days. She always had time for us, her availability by phone or text was awesome. It is great that she is from the area, she is very knowledgeable about the area and is familiar with many builders. It literally feels as if Sandra knows everyone! Her negotiation skills impressed us. She treated us like family with her concern for finding a property that suited us best regardless of the price. It is evident why she has been in the business for so long, because she is great at it. I would highly recommend her to anyone that I know!

Sandra Porter is the best realtor I have ever used. She has sold and helped us buy 4 houses so far. Her knowledge of the area is impressive. My last house was everything I've ever wanted and more, plus it was under budget. She responded immediately whenever I wanted to see a house. When is came to negotiating she got me things I never would have thought of. Thank you Sandra for your patience and helping us every step of the way.

Sandra is a AWESOME realtor. She assisted me with preparing my home for sale in 2011; when the market was terrible. She suggested I keep it for property and rent; and it has been rented since. I came back to the same area and she helped me find a AWESOME new home. The first one I looked at was nice, but she knew it was too small for my furniture so we kept looking and Lo and behold!! We found a new home going UP...with a better price range and MORE square footage. This was a HUGE Blessing for retirement. The home is beautiful. She is a great interior decorator too!!! Added bonus for decorating ideas....You will NOT be disappointed if you went with her house hunting. Renting or Buying....she will take care of you. She's not a push over either with other marketers in the area. Very BOLD for her customers...Your best interest is always #1.

Sandra was the most helpful and knowledgable realtor that we dealt with in our 3 months looking for a home. She helped us(first time buyers) understand every aspect of the home buying process and took her time to explain all the details everytime. She personally drove us around to all the homes she thought we would like and even suggested so many others. We were very indecisive at first but she helped us make our minds up by providing us pros and cons to every home. So in the long run, we found our dream home and she had a big part in getting the best purchase price/options for our needs. I used Sandra to sell my house in Killeen, TX. From the first moment I met her I knew she was going to be great. The first thing she said to me was to cut the bush in the front of my house because it's causing the house to lack curb appeal and then she introduced herself. That introduction was perfect to me and set the tone for the rest of the process. She is exactly what I was wanting and needing in a Realtor. She was upfront, honest and very knowledgeable. We went through the house room by room and she told me exactly how to stage it and what colors to paint the house. I had meet with a couple realtors before her and none of them were as detailed as she was and just gave me a pamphlet on staging. Sandra was very detailed in her suggestions, which I followed, and because of that I had an offer in less than 10 days after being on the market! Whenever I had a question, a concern, or needed her opinion on something she was there to help. Throughout the process she has been nothing but great from staging to negotiating the terms of the sale and all the stuff that goes on with the closing process. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. Its amazing how different the experience can be with a great Realtor like Sandra.

Sandra and her partner Linda are phenomenal!! They are professional, responsive, and really know the area. They go above and beyond in finding your family's new home, and add little touches that make it a little more personal. I highly recommend them!
