Sandy was very present through the whole process. She communicated regularly, and any time we had questions, she was quick to respond. She connected us with different contractors to get all of our permits finalized, and the photographer she used took stunning pictures that helped us showcase our house. She was scheduled to be out-of-town the weekend our house went on the market, and she rearranged her trip so she could be there for the first open house. Our house sold quickly, and we are thankful to Sandy for all the work she did!

Sandy's experience and extra time spent with us really helped me feel comfortable with the overwhelming process of buying a house for the first time. I can't say enough nice things about working with Sandy Cleland. I recently had to sell the house I grew up in and another belonging to my late aunt and uncle, so it was an emotional time. Sandy was a compassionate listener and a super attentive communicator. She guided me with her decades of knowledge and experience in so many ways, for instance what updates would be beneficial, and what would be too much. Both houses sold quickly. Sandy is dedicated to her profession, as works hard to make your real estate needs and wishes happen.

Sandy was absolutely amazing to work with. She met with us a full year before we sold our old home and bought a new one and walked us through the process. She followed up a year later and worked with us for months getting our house ready to sell and searching for a new home. She helped us navigate working with a new type of lender, narrowing down our wants/needs for a new home and was attentive and considerate every step of the way. Everything we needed help with for selling our old home (plumbing, staging, inspection, etc) Sandy had a solid recommendation for a good, honest person to contact. I cannot recommend her enough and if we ever need a new home (which I can't imagine we will because she helped us find an amazing one) we will go right back to her.

Sandra gave excellent advice for selling my townhome. She was friendly and responsive to all my questions. She made arrangements for painters, repairmen, window washers, carpet cleaning and general house cleaning. Her years of experience as a Real Estate Professional helped determine the right selling price for my townhome.

Sandy was very helpful and patient in assisting with my first home purchase. I had a good idea of both the location and the type of home that I wanted. I found Sandy to be a good listener and she reviewed various details about the real estate process. Shortly after our first meeting, she notified me about a house that had just come on the market that fit my criteria. We checked it out the next day and I was able to make an offer and moved into the house shortly after closing. I would definitely recommend Sandy to friends and family who are in need of a real estate agent. Should I decide to downsize, I'll certainly give Sandy a call. She's professional, very knowledgeable about the real estate market and patient in explaining the process to a newbie home buyer.

Sandy was far and away one of the the best things about my home selling experience! I knew Sandy because she had also sold my mother's house for her several years ago. Since I was a virtual novice in the real estate realm, Sandy took me by the hand and patiently walked me through the process when it came time to sell my house. Her real estate expertise was apparent, and she kept me apprised of what was going on throughout my sale. She calmed me down when I was nervous, and encouraged me when I had doubts. Sandy responded promptly to all of my questions either in person or ones I sent via text, and returned phone calls when she was free. I was so happy working with her, I also used her services to help me buy my current home. She's the best!

Sandy was an absolute pleasure to work with while moving from out of state. She was recommended to us by family who live in the area and was incredibly helpful both in person and over phone/email. There were several points of negotiation after the home inspection, and she kept us well up-to-date and informed throughout the process.
