My name is Sandy Donatucci, and I have lived in the Atlanta area for over 22 years.
I love helping people attain their goals. I am accredited as a Seller’s Representative Specialist, Relocation Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Veteran Specialist, wife, and mom. Understanding the thought process of buying or selling a home and all that is involved can be challenging. Helping my clients connect all the dots and get the outcome they want is what I’m most passionate about and one of the reasons I got into the Real Estate business. I’m a million-dollar agent with the strength and backing of Keller Williams as my Broker. I have worked all my life in sales and customer service, and when I decided to step into Real Estate to help people achieve their goals, I knew I had the skills for negotiation since I worked with all types of individuals. Having a mom as a Realtor, and later moving several times buying, selling and investing with my spouse increased my passion. We have always sold our home at a better price than we bought them. Homes for me have been a wonderful place to stay with family and friends as well as a great investment of our money. My passion for this industry and for my clients as I work with each individual continues to grow. I also love the look on my client's faces when they get the house of their dreams, it’s such a priceless gift for a real estate agent. On a weekly basis I continually review Real Estate trends and use the Power House of Keller Williams, the strongest in the industry to represent MY Buyers, Sellers and Investors. I represent all areas of North Ga from East to west, and ATL.
