About Scott Dollinger

Hi there! First of all thank you for taking the time to check out my website. Here you can do many things like search for houses, land and investment opportunities within the Northeast Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (MLS) & Door County MLS. You can also contact me directly if you have any questions or want to set up showings. Everything here flows to my personal cell phone so please do not hesitate to reach out at anytime.

I’ve been a full time Realtor in Green Bay since 2005 and I love it! I’ve helped hundreds of families, friends and investors find and transact sales for all types of properties and I can help you too. I work primarily in the Greater Green Bay market areas and have connections in the Fox Valley and Up North too. In fact, my folks live up in Crivitz so I’ve been known to dabble up in that neck of the woods as well. No matter where your need is, I’m confident I can either help you out personally or connect you with someone who can.
Even out of state, I have colleagues in nearly all 50 states who I work within a referral network through Keller Williams and have faith in everyone I refer business to so please don’t be shy, let me take the hassle out of finding an out of state agent to assist in your move.

When you work with me you can expect honest conversations, professional and focused efforts along with an easy and out-going approach. You see, to me finding a house or investment should be enjoyable and rewarding, not stressful. That’s not to say sometimes stress happens, but with setting the proper expectations going into a transaction, often the stressful parts can be minimized if not eliminated. That’s where I come in. I have the experience and knowledge for which I am happy to share with all my clients.

My Definition of Success:

The philosophy is simple: clients come first. As a company we pledge to be in constant communication with all of our clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. As your personal Agent, I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. Success is not measured through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of our clients. If your not happy, I’m not happy and let’s face it, I want everyone to be happy…no…more than that, I strive to be your Realtor for life and ultimately have you refer everyone you know looking to buy or sell a home. That’s when I know I have succeeded in your eyes and that is my definition of Success.
