Bio For Seth Task ~ The Task Team

Seth leads The Task Team at BHHS Professional Realty and has been a REALTOR® since 2005. His team is consistently ranked in the top 100 in the world in the Berkshire Hathaway network and in the top one half of one percent of all REALTOR® in the country in volume. He has appeared before the Federal Reserve Bank, FHFA, Rural Housing Services, the Veterans Administration, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development as an expert in his field.

Seth has served in leadership on a variety of Akron Cleveland Association of REALTOR® Committees, including serving as its first president in 2014 after participating on the merger task force between the former Cleveland and Akron boards. On the state level, Task is the 2021 Ohio REALTORS® President, the state’s largest trade association. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the National Association REALTORS® (NAR) and its Strategic Thinking Advisory Board. He has served as 2015 chairman of the NAR Federal Finance & Housing Policy Committee as well as 2019 Chair of the NAR Conventional Financing & Policy Committee. Task earned the Green and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) professional designations from NAR and is a 2015 NAR Leadership Academy graduate.

Civically, he has been involved with several Chambers of Commerce, served on the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland, is a Cleveland Masonic Lodge Brother, and currently is secretary of the Gates Mills Elementary Parent Teacher Club.
