Well for start we moved to Fayetteville from Washington DC we met Shannon and she showed us a few properties but we also mentioned to her that another realtor was supposed to be showing us a properly later on that day Shannon made one phone call and we got an earlier appointment to see the property when we saw the house it was everything that we wanted to the ceiling fans vents in the ceiling everything on one level big backyard fireplace etc etc other Realtors told us that for the amount of money that we were working with it was really nothing that they could get that will be up to our standards but when Shannon said we could go see the place she asked us did we want it we said yes she said she does not lose and the next thing you know we were in the house and sitting at the table closing in my 60 years of life this is one of the most professional warm caring people I have ever met I would recommend her to any one of my true good friends God bless you Sharon from Vinnie and Michelle Thomas

This was our first investment property purchase and having a realtor like Shannon who understands the investment side of real estate made a world of difference! She was quick to respond, quick to set up tours, always available to answer questions and just extremely helpful during the whole process.
