When not assisting clients, Shannon enjoys spending time with her children and family, entertaining their friends, and traveling.

After getting the run around from other real estate agencies, my husband and I all but gave up on our goal of purchasing a house. I was eight months pregnant and completely over it. My husband was put in touch with Shannon and I talked to her for the first time on a Friday. She was very sweet and gave me a list of people to go through for lending after I explained to her what we’d been through before. By Tuesday, we got the call that we were pre-approved! Shannon kept the ball rolling from there. She was diligent in sending us houses within the budget we set, made time for any last minute showings we asked for and was extremely patient when answering all the questions we had as first time buyers. Once we found the house we fell in love with, Shannon took on the role as our advocate. She gave us her opinion, backed by her knowledge of the market & made sure we got exactly what we wanted. She stayed on top of things and held people accountable when needed. Buying a house is extremely stressful but working with Shannon was a dream come true! The entire process took a little over a month and we were even moved in and getting settled before I had the baby! Well for start we moved to Fayetteville from Washington DC we met Shannon and she showed us a few properties but we also mentioned to her that another realtor was supposed to be showing us a properly later on that day Shannon made one phone call and we got an earlier appointment to see the property when we saw the house it was everything that we wanted to the ceiling fans vents in the ceiling everything on one level big backyard fireplace etc etc other Realtors told us that for the amount of money that we were working with it was really nothing that they could get that will be up to our standards but when Shannon said we could go see the place she asked us did we want it we said yes she said she does not lose and the next thing you know we were in the house and sitting at the table closing in my 60 years of life this is one of the most professional warm caring people I have ever met I would recommend her to any one of my true good friends God bless you Sharon from Vinnie and Michelle Thomas

Shannon was extremely helpful. So many other realtors leave their clients up the creek without a paddle, but not Shannon! She did everything for us before we even knew it need to be done! Even after we bought our house she is always available to give us advice or help us if needed. She's extremely professional and very responsive. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Shannon helped me find my first home and she was very professional, polite, and responsive throughout the entire process. I was skeptical at first as I thought the process would be difficult and time consuming. Neither of that was true when working with Shannon. She made my first home buying experiace easy and fun! She was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns! That was the most important aspect to me. Shannon was also very willing to show me houses and ensured I was getting exactly what house I wanted for the price I was willing to spend! Overall, I know that I could not have chosen a better real estate agent!
