Shannon was with me all the way until the finish line! She was knowledgeable and a trooper throughout it all. As a single mother of three young children, I wouldn't settle for less. I fell in love woth a home that had a flipper-zilla, and I'm sure she had many sleepless nights in conquering the most difficult seller. Not only is she excellent at her home buying/selling expertise, she is empathetic and full of compassion. I habe both family and friends in real estate and I have 0 regrets of my decision to choose her over immediate connections. I would recommend her to anyone!!

Shannon is not only a true professional who knows all the ins and outs of buying and selling, but she was a calming presence during a stressful time of selling our family's home after our father passed away. She always had an answer, suggestion or reassuring word no matter what came up. She was patient, knowledgeable, smart and kind. Her recommendations were spot on and the house was sold in a matter of days. I can't imagine how we would have done this without her. She has my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed if you hire her.

Shannon is amazing to work with! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was available to answer my thousands of questions all hours of the day. She fought to make sure I got what was promised and what was fair. I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking to buy/sell. Everything was done smoothly, quickly and professionally. Shannon is very professional and knowledgeable. If I could give her more stars I would cause she go beyond to make sure her clients are getting what they want. Her expertise is great in how she provide the attention to her clients needs to what they are requesting. I appreciate her patient and passionate and very caring about how she take care of her clients just to make sure we get a great deal. Shannon was fantastic to work with in finding my condo. She did not pressure me at all. She was flexible in working with my schedule for seeing places and always answered text messages/e-mails in an extremely timely manner. I would highly recommend her to help anyone looking for a new home!!

Shannon sold our house the first day! She was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable! She made us feel like we were her only clients. Overall I had a pleasant experience working with Shannon. She works hard to help you find the perfect house. She is great at responding to all questions.
