About Shari Marquis

Shari Marquis is a full time award winning real estate broker with over 25 years experience in the real estate industry. She co-owned Marquis Real Estate with her husband Tom, which they merged into Kinlin Grover Real Estate in 2006. In 2012 Shari made the move to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Shari is an experienced real estate brokerage manager and trainer of successful sales agents along with a history of providing excellent high quality service for her customers and clients. Since affiliating with Coldwell Banker in March 2012. Shari has been honored each year. Shari received the International Sterling Award  for her production in 2012 and 2013. Shari has achieved "The International Diamond Award for her sales production 2014, 2015, & 2016, placing her in the top 11% of the 87,000 sales associates in the Coldwell Banker In System.

Shari has donated her time and expertise to the Realtor Association. She was the 2000 President of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. She is the recipient of many honors including the 1996 Realtor of the Year for both the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. She has also been awarded the NAR Omega Tau Rho Award and was honored by The Banker and Tradesman in 1999 as one of "The 25 People In Real Estate". She also has chaired many committees for and served on the Board of Directors for Greater Boston, Massachusetts and the National Associations of Realtors. She was also a founding Director of the MLS Property Information Network.

Shari has earned several real estate designations including:
GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, A program consisting of 6 advanced courses in real estate sales. She has also served as a "Dean" of the GRI Program.
ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, A program designed to real estate agents the basic and advanced techniques of representing buyers in the real estate transaction.
CRB, Certified Brokerage Management. These courses are designed to teach the real estate broker the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully manage a real estate company.
E-PRO, Electronically proficient Realtor, One of the first in MA
SFR, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource A collection of courses to educate real estate agents on short sales and working with both homeowners and third party venders to sell foreclosed homes.

ASP. Accredited Staging Professional, Staging your home to show off your space for a faster sale

Shari has served as a Trustee for "The Pilgrim Society and Pilgrim Hall Museum " for the past ten years and is currently volunteering on an events committee to raise awareness for the building fund for a future YMCA in South Plymouth. Shari and her husband Tom have lived on the South Shore for the past thirty five years and they have two grown daughters and a grandson. Shari enjoys the beach, golf and reading in her spare time. Shari & Tom are currently residents of White Cliffs.
