Sharon is the one of the most kindest people that I know. She is always efficient when we have questions and she is also very professional and knowledgable about each property that we viewed so far. Sharon was so great! As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect and she walked me through every step. Moving to a new city by yourself is hard, especially going from a big military unit to the small element here in charlottesville, but Sharon made me feel right at home!

Like working with family, Sharon has been a Godsend as we have worked on relocating from Florida back to Virginia. She is a sincere, caring person and professional. I had a horrible experience buying my home, so when it came to choosing a realtor to help me sell, I was worried. My neighbor recommended Sharon, and I am so glad that I took her advice. Sharon made the selling process so easy! She was extremely communicative and organized, and she offered good advice when I was evaluating offers. She has an extensive network in the area, which was helpful when I needed quick repairs; at the same time, she never pressured me to use her contacts. Whenever she needed to bring something to my attention (a repair, for example), she would simultaneously offer a solution.I genuinely enjoyed working with Sharon, and I highly recommend her!
