Shaune helped us tremendously. He’s an experienced professional who cares about those whom he serves. We had a unique challenge, as a family serving in the Navy stationed in Japan because of the time zone differences and differences in our ability to communicate. Shaune added value every step of the way. He advised us on repairs/improvements to prep the house for market and even connected us with a contractor. He had a good marketing strategy that maximized exposure and drew multiple offers as soon as the listing went active. He helped us sale our home in one day for 10k over asking price.

We could use a lot of the standard positive comments regarding Andrew and Shaune at TruWest. Professional. Courteous. Above and Beyond. Extra Mile. Those would all be true. Andrew and Shaune were all of that and more! The bottom line, however, is simply this: They genuinely care about their clients. It was obvious from the first meeting that they cared about our needs, our wants, and our opinions. They did everything humanly, and super-humanly possible to achieve the best outcomes. With their guidance, we were able to prepare our home for sale, and list it at a price point that was higher than we anticipated. We received multiple offers on within 24 hours of it going on the market. When all was said and done, our home sold quickly, and at a price above the listing price!Andrew and Shaune also guided us through the process of purchasing a new home, using the proceeds from our sale.
