We were so lucky to find Shawna as our realtor! We were doing a home search remotely, from Dallas, flying in to look at houses as often as we could. Shawna knows so much about the area and was amazing at packing in lots of homes for us to see during limited time windows when we flew in. Shawna Calvert is irrefutably the best realtor in all of Florida. She is incredible at what she does and knows exactly how to navigate any type of housing market. She is always available throughout the day and will answer any question you throw at her. She makes the house buying/selling process and absolute breeze. Shawna was not only able to find us a great waterfront home before it was listed. We were very happy with the purchase but we found one with a better view for $150k more, so she helped us find an ideal tenant immediately so we could move into our dream home. She has been super helpful after the sale. She has a wealth of knowledge for local contractors for everything from sprinkler repair to building a dock and pool. Excellent service!

We consider Shawna to be a new friend; she is so kind, good-hearted, and such a hard-working person. I met her about a year ago. I needed some help on a 1031 Exchange investment. We contacted her and sent her some homes that were appealing to us. She immediately told us which ones were suitable investments because the areas were still being improved.
