Shawnese Ware has been a resident of the Greater Washington area for ten years. Prior to that, she resided overseas in countries such as Malta, Switzerland, Senegal and Suriname. In her ten years within the region, she has become a college graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has established a career in the hospitality industry. Her experience in this industry has not only equipped her with outstanding customer service, it has also shown her the joy in building lifelong relationships as well as provided her with the network to provide services during each phase of the home buying process.
She was inspired to pursue a career in real estate by her father, a home improvement contractor with over 30 years of experience. As a child, she tagged along and saw firsthand the hard work and dedication that goes into transforming homes and other types of properties. But the pride and joy that her dad takes in his work along with her overseas exposure to real estate investment is what really ignited her passion to become a realtor. She now works with him on various projects and contracts performing landscaping and final walkthroughs to prepare homes for viewings.
Shawnese is licensed in Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. She is also a certified staging specialist, which enables her to take a hands-on approach with buyers and sellers.
