We first met Shelley at her Open House down the road from the house we were renting. We were really excited to see the house but had no intention of buying it because we still had 1.5 years left on our lease. From the moment we walked in, Shelley made us feel like we were important to her. She took her time to show us the house even though we made it clear that we weren't ready to buy because of our current lease. When we decided it was a possibility that we could get out of our lease and into her listing, she was a huge help. We felt like she could represent both the seller and us as buyers without feeling like she only cared about the sellers interest that we decided to use her for the transaction. We spoke with her about an offer and she presented it to the seller. After a little negotiating back and forth, we landed on an agreement that both us and the seller agreed upon. Shelley was there every step of the way and answered all questions we had. Buying a house can be very stressful but she definitely put our minds to ease. When the closing day arrived, Shelley was there as she said she would be. We couldn't be happier with Shelley or our new home. If you choose Shelley to sell your home or find a new home, you won't be disappointed.

Shelley was amazing. Her knowledge of the local area was phenomenal. I actually did not meet Shelley until the closing. From my initial phone contact, we handled everything by phone calls, texts and emails. Through this experience I really believe we became friends. I totally trusted her and urge anyone in the home selling or buying process to please contact Shelley. My wife and I are so thankful we did. She sold our house in five days.
