We went with Bob Lucido as our realtor, because we happened to meet a representative at a luncheon given by Springwell in Mt. Washington, where they introduced their planned expansion. It was not an agency we were familiar with or that was operating in the area, but we were impressed by the services they offered, so that when it came time to sell our house, we decided to check it out. I know that I’m not telling you anything you’re not aware of Victoria, but we feel that we lucked out big time, when Shelly was assigned to us. She went above and beyond in advising us how to prepare the house for photo shoots, the visual guided tour and open houses, finding an outside appraiser, advising us on pricing, scheduling multiple open houses, and later bringing in a styling experts and connecting us to a contractor, who specializes in renovating old homes.Luckily his services were not needed, since a buyer appeared out of nowhere at the last minute, but we are sure that we would have been in good hands with him.

At all times, she prioritized our interest, but also went out of her way to meet potential buyer’s requests, going as far as sending her husband on a weekend to take the room measurements one of them wanted!
