Sherri has been wonderful to work with, we're currently waiting to close on our home! She's a lot of fun and very outgoing and she didn't stop until we found the one! We're so glad we worked with her!

I could never have asked for a better realtor! Sherri has been absolutely wonderful helping us find a home! We gave her our budget and she found houses that were ONLY in our budget and did not try to pressure us to go over that! My husband and I both work weird hours and Sherri made extraordinary effort to help us view every single house at a convenient time for us! She also made it very easy to understand the closing process; and she was always on top of paperwork, letting us know how the process was going, and worked with us the whole time! Sherri is not just out for a sale and anyone that is looking for their dream home budget or not, she can find it!

I had a great experience working with Sherri Roe - top notch. Extremely responsive to texts and emails. I put an offer and bought my house on the first day of seeing properties with Sherri. The process was seamless. Sherri went above and beyond what other agents do. Prior to Sherri, I tried working with two other agents who answered texts after 24 hours and I missed out on properties because they were not quick to place offers for me. Sherri is the best agent in Tennessee and Virginia. I purchased in Virginia and as an out of state buyer, Sherri has continued helping me with getting my house set up so it will be ready before I move in. She is just as engaged with me now as she was before I bought the house. Sherri is a very professional agent and I highly recommend her to everyone!

Sherri is wonderful, I would highly recommend her! . She understood our needs in a house and neighbourhood and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family. We looked at 15+ homes and Sherri never lost her patience with us, she didn't just want to make a sell, she cared that our faimly would be happy in our new home with no problems.

Where do I begin... Sherri is AMAZING. She has a solution to every problem. She fixed any problem we came acrossed. She genuinely wanted to help us find our home. Buying a house can be very stressful but Sherri made it so much easier for us. One thing that i really like about Sherri is that she always responded to calls/texts in a timely manner. Within seconds most times. I've recommended her to everyone I know. I put my entire trust in her and she never let us down. There are some real estate agents who do it just for money but Sherri is genuine, she Truly Wants to help you find your forever home no matter what it takes. She is the best!!!!!!!
