This is actually my second time using Shi as my realtor. This time I was buying a home from overseas and she took care of everything for me. One of the best homebuying experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend and especially to military families she really understands your needs, communicates well, and is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Shi is truly an amazing realtor. We were first time buyers and she provided us with more education, grace, and encouragement than we could have ever imagined. We reached out to her almost a year ago, and paused the process initially due to our lease. We promised to reach out when we were ready to start back up and it was like reaching back out to an old friend. She immediately began showing us homes and providing us with valuable information we can carry forward in the future. We closed yesterday, and we are grateful to have made this purchase with her by our side. Her professionalism is top tier and her ability to connect with her clients is unmatched. Mrs. Fallon was the best! She was so helpful and patient. She was always willing to come by or take a call to explain anything we were confused about. She scheduled every single thing dealing with our house for us down to the construction, cleaner, plumber, etc. During the sale, she always had our best interest and guided us in a way that would benefit us most. We were out of the country the last few weeks of our sale and she handled everything for us without us even being there. I would recommend her to every single person in the Fayetteville area who needs to sale a home!

*Very honest review* Ms. Fallon helped my husband and I sell our first home and made the process so easy. She took the time to explain and guide us through the process step by step, and was always available to answer any questions/concerns we had.
