Shi is 5 stars hands down. She was very professional and friendly . She was an amazing person to work with. Shi is AMAZING! 5 stars is an understatement. As a first time home buyer, I was semi-new to the real estate world and she helped explained everything perfectly. Shi made the whole process a painless and enjoyable experience! I couldn’t recommend her any more. Shi was highly knowledgeable of the area, as well as my neighborhood specifically. With me being overseas during most of the buying process, she made it feel like I was there the whole time. The walkthrough of my house was exceptional and she helped point out anything I may not have been able to see over the video call. Shi made me feel very comfortable, ensuring that I had all the answers I needed before the final closing day.
