In 2010, he took a law enforcement mission to Iraq, where he worked for 15 months, and then in Afghanistan for a year. He returned home on Dec. 23, 2013. McGuire says he found he “couldn’t retire,” and decided to pursue his interest in real estate, where he could use his ability to work with people. McGuire says he chose Adams, Cameron & Co. because the long-standing company was “highly recommended to him.”
