I edit them & load the best ones unto the multi lists.I use point2agent & Keller Williams to syndicate my listings to over 350 web sites I am a certified SFR (short sale foreclosure resource) Realtor. I consider Short sales & foreclosures so important that I continually update my knowledge & information about them to best serve my clients. I have gone to great lengths for my clients. I have gone to court, sheriff''s sale & city councils for them. If you need to sell your home but you owe more than its worth, that is a short sale & it needs to be negotiated with your mortgage company.
