As a Maryland Realtor I bring additional skills to the Waldorf MD Real Estate market. I grew up here. I was born in Hawaii and lived their till I was 11 years old. I then moved to Southern Maryland after my father retired from the Navy. I grew up in Waldorf and have walked majority of the streets here in Southern Maryland. I attended schools like Mathew Henson, Stoddert Middle School and Graduated from La Plata High School.

After graduating from La Plata high school I joined the Army and served with an Elite unit. I learned skills such as how to preserver in some really harsh conditions. This military training taught me how to think diligently and come up with solutions to solve problems very quickly and precisely. I bring this exact method to my Real Estate clients. No deal is to big and no deal in Real Estate is to small. My success comes from moving better, faster and showing that I will never quit in your Real Estate transaction. As a Veteran, I have earned the honor of serving my country. Now I take that same dedication and apply it to the Waldorf MD Real Estate Market.

One of my specialty jobs as a Realtor is Building New Homes. I work for Caruso Homes “On You Lot” Division. We take a New Construction home that you find in our various communities and build it on a LOT you as a New Construction Buyer finds, owns or Skip Young finds for you. We then develop the lot for you and prepare to build you the homes of choice that can work with the LOT. Generally we can build homes in Southern Maryland at a cheaper price than resales. Caruso Homes has been in business for over 30 years and brings Luxury homes to the Waldorf MD Area.
