We applied for a house that Sonia had listed for rent, which ended up being a big mistake. We fulfilled each application requirement by far, and were told numerous times by Sonia that she would contact us, as well as by people in her office. She/they never did. We left voicemails with her cell, and office, and sent emails, and never once received a call or email back. Whenever she called us initially after the applications were sent, she didn't even know who we were and had no clue as to the information on the house or pertaining to our application status. It almost seemed like a joke. It's been over 3 weeks now since our applications have been submitted, and not a word or call back from Sonia. Worst listing agent I have ever gone through. Getting a hold of someone trying to rent a house should be easy and simple, but definitely not with Sonia Flores.

Sonia is amazing, I had a wonderful time working with her while selling my house. She really makes you feel like family. She would answer my questions promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. I have, and will continue to recommend her to my friends and family and I will contact her in the future when I'm ready to make another move. Way to go Sonia! Customer for life here!

I had an extremely frustrating experience working with Sonia. Throughout the entire application process, it took multiple—and I mean multiple—phone calls, texts, and emails just to get any kind of response. Communication was consistently poor, and I was often left completely in the dark with no updates or clarity on where things stood.On the rare occasions she did respond, the answers were vague and felt like runarounds rather than actual help. There was no accountability taken at any point, even when delays and confusion were clearly coming from her end. At one point, the lack of communication almost caused me to walk away entirely as an applicant.The whole experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily stressful. To make matters worse, her responses are generated fully by AI.Overall, this was a nightmare to deal with. If clear, timely communication matters to you during an already stressful process, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.I’m also not sure if the homeowner realizes they are paying for a property management service that reflects this poorly on their property. If they do see this, I hope they reconsider, because this experience does not reflect well on their investment.
