Stephanie Graver is a passionate, dedicated, South Florida native and resident for over twenty years. Having lived in Florida most of her life, she knows and appreciates all that makes South Florida one of the most desirable places to live in the country. Stephanie brings a unique set of skills to successfully market and sell a wide variety of properties including new construction, equestrian properties, investment properties, golf course and gated communities. She’s extremely passionate about her career and takes the home buying process seriously.

Stephanie’s grandfather served in the United States Navy. Her cousins as well as friends have served in the United States Marine Corps. She is devoted to helping servicemembers, veterans and their families become homeowners by utilizing her trusted lending partners who specialize in VA Loans.

Stephanie has earned her Community Association Manager License to provide extensive due diligence to her clients purchasing homes within a Home Owners Association. Not only does she know the community but she understands the community’s financial standing. Stephanie is a full-time Realtor, dedicated to meeting the needs of all her clients while providing exceptional service.

When Stephanie is not working she enjoys watching her son play baseball, spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, playing golf and showing her clients the best of what St. Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach County have to offer. She also spends her time volunteering for Feeding Northeast Florida, The Salvation Army Disaster Services and the Martin County School District.
