Stephanie Hillebrand has built a career developing the skills necessary to excel in the world of real estate. Over 25 years, Stephanie has become an expert in customer service, bookkeeping, financial transactions, developing and maintaining client relationships, contract negotiation. She has also earned her Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, and Military Relocation Professionals (MRP).
Although she spent much of her career in the newspaper advertising industry, her desire to enter the world of real estate led her to make a career pivot and focus on an industry she truly loves. Her desire to become a REALTOR® was heightened when she and her husband personally purchased several homes. She has spent many years as a landlord. When reflecting on the many skills developed during her previous career, she found they could transfer easily into a role in real estate, and that’s when her current career took off.
Stephanie is a native of Arizona and currently resides in the Estrella Community in Goodyear with her husband and children. When not focusing on real estate, she can be found attending her twins’ many sporting events or traveling with her family.
Stephanie’s goal is to help you and your family through the process of selling your current home and/or finding your perfect new home. Give Stephanie a call to take the next step in finding your new dream home today.
