Stephanie has over 14 years of professional Real Estate experience. She is licensed in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia and specializes in residential , investment  and  commercial properties.  

Stephanie is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR),  Prince Georges County Association of Realtors (PGCAR), Project Management Institute (PMI)

She possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Howard University, and has over 30 years of professional corporate experience in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Information Technology. 

Stephanie is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)

Stephanie is the Team Lead for the Ireland Group - a full time and full service real estate group servicing  Washington, DC and Maryland. 

 In 2018 The Ireland Group was recognized as one of the Top Ten teams of Keller Williams Preferred Properties  and received the Gold Award from Prince Georges County Association of  Realtors for production volume  and service.  Stephanie is a 4 time BOLD (Business Objective: A Life By Design) graduate. 

Stephanie serves as a member of the Keller Williams Preferred Properties Agent Leadership Committee (ALC) for Agent Advocacy and for Strategic Alliances.  She is also a member of the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors (PCGAR) Realtor’s Political Action Committee (RPAC). 

She is a Member of First Baptist Church of Glenarden, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Howard University Alumni Association.  Stephanie has been  married for 31 years to Gregory Ireland, and they have 1 daughter.  Stephanie enjoys boating, movies and traveling.
