About Stephanie Ireland

Stephanie Ireland is a 9+ year real estate industry veteran who can help you make sound decisions and guide you through what might easily be the most expensive and emotionally charged transaction of your life!

Some real estate transactions go precisely as planned, while many others - get messy. With over 20 years of project management experience, Stephanie has the experience and creative problem-solving skills to help you methodically think through the facts, surface alternatives, propose solutions and work around obstacles.

She will communicate with you using the method that you prefer, (email, text, phone call, etc.) keeping you informed throughout the process. The current real estate market is time sensitive, so you need an agent who will let you know quickly where you stand with your current buying or selling situation, so you can make sound, rapid decisions to get the most out of your transaction.

For Buyers, she knows her way around the purchase contract and knows how to negotiate.

For Sellers, she is familiar with the local market conditions and knows how to get your home to stand out using current technology.

As a Howard University alum and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Stephanie has her finger on the pulse of the community. As President of a local BNI chapter, she has relationships with a wide range of competent service providers who can assist you in obtaining a mortgage, making repairs on your home and taking care of all the things that need to get done when buying or selling a home.
