Stephen helped us get to freedom! He listed our house and sold it quickly for what we were asking. Another realtor told us there was no way we would get that much and this man made it happen! He is very knowledge! If your a motivated seller, buyer, or investor this is your guy! If your just thinking about making a move I seriously sugggest you contact him and take action. Anytime that I am working with a person that needs a realtor that can get a purchase or sale offer accepted in a timely fashion I refer it to Stephen. Stephen Cotton was referred to my through my loan officer. I needed a new home for my growing family. Stephen did not disappoint, he helped us find our new home in a fantastic neighborhood. The process took only a matter of days. Our first offer was excepted in a rough market. He also sold my old home in a declining neighborhood for what we wanted. I've purchased two houses and sold one using Stephen Cotton as my realtor. He has a client for life! He worked with me when I was poor and with his help I was able to move up into a nicer home in a nicer neighborhood and get a huge profit on my first home through him. He was not the first realtor I spoke with, but he will be the last. Good attitude, hard worker, patient, and sincerely cares about his business and clients.

Stephen Cotton assisted my family in buying a home about a year ago. We had tried working with another Realtor first, but she was disorganized, did not understand our needs, and took too much time to write an offer so we ended up losing out on a couple homes. When we switched to Stephen, the process became smooth. He is clearly a motivated, honest, professional. A little bit ago, he even helped us make a lease agreement when we had to rent out our home. We plan on using Stephen in the future when we are ready to buy another house in the area someday as well. It can be hard to find a good agent, but Stephen is fantastic.
