Stephen Larcher is a lifelong resident of the Pensacola Beach / Gulf Breeze area and practiced real estate since 2002. He is a licensed Florida Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Pensacola Association of Realtors.

Steve represents buyers and sellers throughout the Northwest Florida Gulf Coast. He brings a wealth of experience in real estate marketing with over 18 years of advertising experience in various media to include print, broadcast television and internet advertising.

With broad based knowledge in real estate finance, Steve has worked to build a network of mortgage industry professionals that can assist buyers in real estate transactions. While no lender is the same, Steve has strived to acquire lenders that meet the needs of the individual buyer.

He specializes in the marketing of waterfront homes, condominiums and resort properties providing both local and national exposure through strategic media placement.

In 2008, Steve formed Shoreline Media Group, A Northwest Florida Production Company which develops and produces various projects in commercial television, the world wide web and print media.
