STEVE MEYLAN

Steve Meylan was born and raised in Lancashire, England, and first started visiting Boca Grande and the Cape Haze peninsula area with his family more than twenty-five years ago. Steve has been a full-time resident of Florida for thirteen years. He has had personal involvement in owning and operating several businesses over the years, including restaurants in Blackpool England, and also the Banana Bay Waterfront Resort on Siesta Key, Florida. Over the past several years Steve has invested in and enjoyed the use of various waterfront condominium properties at the Boca Grande Club on Gasparilla Island, and also a waterfront home in Cape Haze. More recently Steve obtained his real estate license and became actively involved in the Real Estate business within Boca Grande. Along with being involved in property listings and sales, Steve is enhancing his photography skills, taking photographs of property offered for sale and producing slide-show presentations, many of which can be seen on this web page.
