It’s simple. In a realtor you want a bulldog who is responsive to your needs and knowledgeable of the marketplace. When the market is on steroids, you need these two traits times ten. I never once asked Steven to do anything more than what he already does for any of his clients. And that’s all you need to know. A lot of people have forgotten what service really is. Steve gave the Best Service Ever!! I recommend him highly! We’ve not only found a great agent but I believe we made a new friend.He was there for everything we needed and when and when he was busy with another client I got a text from him immediately and a call soon as he had a break. I needed to sell my house in a pretty short amount of time due to a move to the UK. Stephen Russell (Steve) was fantastic, always on time and in constant communication.
