Sukhwinder Kaur ("Sukhi") helped us with the sale of our home. She came highly recommended by all our acquaintances and friends in the Carteret/Woodbridge NJ area. In our home sale, the buyer attorney and realtor were irresponsible and Incommunicado. They did not respond to emails, phone calls, texts etc. Sukhi relentlessly pursued them to get updates and made them follow the guidelines and the terms of the contract. On the day of the closing, the deadbeat buyer attorney office did not even arrange to get the checks in one place. Sukhi travelled 3 hours to get our closing checks even when her own check was delayed. Throughout the process, sukhi very patiently heard all our concerns and handled all issues in a very professional and courteous manner. She was never stressed in the entire process. Sukhi also worked on a commission rate that we could afford.I highly recommend her for all realty needs.
