worst realtor ever....she would not help me in finding how much was owed on property..was very snappy on phone and also found out she was in georgia most of the time and was not even on the coast...I felt like she had used the internet to her advantage to get clients and then refused to help me when i requested things.

If Sunny is your Realtor, you are fortunate. She knows the business inside and out. Her advice is gold when it comes to the entire process of buying a home. If it hadn't been for her, we wouldn't have known how to navigate this process, but we contacted her, she got the contract we wanted, we closed on time, and she was there every step of the way. If anyone I know is looking for a home on the Gulf Coast, I will tell them to go to Sunny Williams first. If we should ever sell our home--we are going to Sunny Williams first. ONLY if we can't get her will we go with someone else. She is nice, she is wicked-smart about real estate, and she has 40+ years experience. I've contacted her at 7 am and 6 pm, and she always answers in a friendly manner and goes out of her way to explain something, or do something.She's not just a Realtor, she's your ally. If the house is in her listing, you owe it to yourself to give her a call first. You won't regret it. :)

Sunny has absolutely been fantastic!!! You could not ask for a better agent. My fiancée closed with her on a condo here in Diamondhead recently and when we decided to buy some property we went right to her. We could have not gotten through this process without her and she is truly one of a kind. She is always there for you and answers any questions or dilemmas you might have and she is fierce! I signed property with her help last week and are now in the process of buying more property. We would highly recommend her and she will not steer you wrong. She is our go to guru in real estate and we just absolutely love her!!! Kudos to you Sunny, we could not have done or are doing without your knowledge and expertise. Sunny never met a problem she couldn’t solve. She sold one house for us and helped us to find a lot to buy and worked with the Developer to help us find a good plan. Sunny worked with builder/developer to make sure we were able to incorporate requested changes to the plan. She is a very optimistic, positive, person with vast knowledge of the real estate industry. It is doubtful that any real estate-related problem would come up that she hasn’t seen before. She was very responsive to requests for information and responded in a timely manner to questions and concerns. She regularly followed up and if research was needed, she did it.
