Susan helped me when I bought the property in 2003, and sorted every single thing for me...from getting a mortgage, to opening a bank account etc etc. I am from the UK so needed her guidance. The service I received was excellent, so when I decided to sell the house in 2020 I hoped and prayed that Susan's business was still operating in these challenging times....luckily, and to my relief I was able to use Susan again. Susan and her team went the 'extra mile' to secure a sale very quickly, and when the first sale fell through at the last minute Susan found another buyer very quickly and arranged for some fairly significant issues to be sorted out with the house to satisfy the buyers bank (as per the inspection report). Without Susan's prompt action...and always with a positive attitude, I am sure the house sale would not have gone through. Every aspect of my dealings with Susan have been excellent, with me always being 100% up to date on the status of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble for Susan and her team...and when the first sale fell through, Susan's positive attitude picked me up at a low point of the process. If i could give 6 stars out of 5 I would !!!

My wife and i first met Susan in 2004.We were looking for a business to buy and worked with several agencies that got us nowhere.Then we ran across Susan. She was like a breath of fresh air and she seemed to have so much energy and enthusiasm and we just knew we would not be messed around. There are many many realtors her in the Orlando area have spoken to many of them but none seem to have the getup and go that Susan Barnes has. She is easy to get hold of ALWAYS returns calls she is Great at explaining things and is happy to spend whatever time you feel necessaryto answer all questions . My wife and I can honestly say we have used susan to sell 3 houses for us, and have since recommenced my brother to her to sell his house.
