About Susan Chenard

Back in 1990, I arrived in Lincoln, after having worked in the hospitality field in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and began renting condominiums and townhomes for the Village of Loon and then Loon Reservation Service. This gave me an in-depth view of which resorts rent well and why. Since I switched to the sales end of real estate, I have been able to continue to put that information to good use, and add to it by my good relations with the other rental property managers. As of April 1, 2012, I have been able to put them both together and return to Loon Reservations Service to enhance the rentals and include sales.

Living in this postcard area with my husband our dogs, getting to enjoy all the area offers, from skiing to hiking to music and theater and so much more, I want to be able to help everyone enjoy it just as much!

I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of Resort and Second-Home Properties within Lincoln and Woodstock. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.

I am a customer driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, I will put my 18+ years of local real estate expertise to work for you!

    Eco-friendly Vs. Harmful Building Materials

More than ever, the past dictates our future. The twenty-first century must face the dramatic repercussions of our past heritage concerning environmental issues. Humankind has ...

Well, maybe not the last but it won’t be long till that becomes a reality as well. Having the ability to tell your home what to do has been a fantasy ...

House Hunting Goes Digital In 2021

As you are already aware, the global pandemic kicked in 2020 inconsiderately switching up the rules of the game. An unwelcome guest, SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), proved to be a tough opponent. As a result, governments were obliged to implement similar responses in the form of severe restrictions, namely lockdowns, the principle of social distancing, and even tighter health ...
