We have used Sue for 4 transactions (3 buys and one sell in Wilton, Rowayton and Norwalk) in the last 12 years and have been happy with all aspects of the transactions. Her in depth knowledge of the area, no nonsense approach, and patience are all strengths which we appreciated. Our friends who have used her have also been quite pleased.

My husband and I met Sue while visiting an open house on a Sunday afternoon. She followed up with us, and we decided to engage her as our agent once we met and figured out how knowledgable and insightful she was. We worked with her for almost a year and despite a few deals that fell through for uncontrollable reasons, we found our dream home. Sue has become a trusted friend and we'd recommend her to anyone. She's a true professional and a delightful woman.

As an out of state seller, I needed an understanding and responsive agent to help sell a home in Fairfield County, Connecticut. From the moment Sue first saw the home, she knew exactly what repairs and updating needed to be done and was able to refer me to subcontractors in her network who were professional, honest, reliable, reasonably priced, and responsive to my time frame.

Sue has helped me every step of the way by being on top of issues that needed attention, and at the same time by being so responsive to my calls, emails and concerns. She handled the three-hour time difference expertly and often spent time answering emails and text messages late in the evening. Sue can handle all challenges that come her way in a very calm and collected manner. She has been a source of strength for me during this whole process.

Sue was also a take-charge liaison in my absence between myself, my attorney, the staging company, the temporary tenants in the home, the repair companies, and all the prospective buyers who gave us an offer and their agents. She was always truthful and upfront with me and had the the most sane advice during some challenging negotiations. I know that she had my best interests at heart at all times.

One thing that especially impressed me was how Sue went and checked on the home so frequently, because she knew I couldn't be there to do it myself. This was so very helpful to me especially after Superstorm Sandy, when there were many trees down on the property. Sue was able to arrange for a tree company who could remove the damaged trees and debris almost immediately. I was amazed at the speed with which she was able to get this done in such horrendous conditions. Sue has a great network behind her!

The bottom line is that Sue Cooper is the ultimate professional. I could not have found a better person to work with on this sale. I am so fortunate that I was able to have such a great agent on my team, and I feel like I have a made a friend for life. Thanks Sue - I really could not have done this without you!

We have worked with Sue Cooper twice. In 1999 when we purchased our home and in 2012 when we sold it. We found Sue to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market, as well as friendly and easy to work with. Her suggestions in the area of pricing were very valuable in selling our home. I strongly recommend Sue Cooper to any one interested in buying or selling their house.

Sue is an amazing realtor! Sue is one of the few realtors who really takes into consideration her client's priorities and gets a grasp of what the needs and wants are. Often times, she is able to overlook challenges and presents solutions for some of the most complex home buying decisions. We highly recommend utilizing Sue's knowledge and experience in purchasing your next home!!

My partner and I met Sue in 2005 when we were relocating to CT. The buyer's agent we were using was not available one weekend and asked Sue to fill in for the weekend. At that time we found Sue to be incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. When we decided to move to a new town in CT in 2013 we had no doubt that we would call on Sue to assist us with the sale and the purchase.

Sue is the real deal. She is incredibly knowledgable about the local market and willing to invest the time and effort to serve her clients properly. She knows the history on just about every property. She takes the time to understand her client's rhythms and wants. We started talking with Sue months before we listed and she assessed our home, gave us pointers on how to stage, and tips on pitfalls to avoid regarding having all of our paperwork in order, etc. When we had already signed on with Sue as our exclusive agent I had mentioned to her that I had gone to a couple of open houses to get a sense of the market and that I had listed her name as our agent. Sue responded by indicating that in addition to helping us with scheduled viewings, she would be happy to join us at open houses that we wanted to attend in the future as it would give her the opportunity to get a better sense of what we were looking at, what we liked and what we did not like - how refreshing in this "self-service" age.

As an accountant with a "busy" season that coincides with "home buying season" I could always count on Sue to proactively call me almost daily at 7:30AM to discuss prospects on our purchase or our sale - a time that I jokingly referred to as "morning coffee with Sue."

The real estate market being what it is right now, both our purchase and our sale had a few unavoidable ups and downs. In each instance Sue was transparent and honest in her dealings with us. It was clear to us that her interests were aligned first and foremost with ours and her counsel was spot on. There were two specific instances where the advice that Sue gave us was clearly in our best interests even though it had the potential to "upset the deal" or minimize her compensation. That kind of counsel and integrity seems incredibly rare these days and it is for that reason that we wholeheartedly recommend Sue as both a buyer and a seller's agent.
