Susan sold our home in Sailview in Denver. The sale took quite a while but the market was not good and we wanted to hold our price. We eventually split the boat slip from the house and it sold fairly quickly for an acceptable price. Susan was very knowledgeable of the local market and also did an excellent job of staging the house with her furniture after we moved out. She also had very professional photos taken. The house showed very well thanks to her staging, but some prospects had an issue with the slope of the back yard. Overall it was a pleasure working with Susan and overall very successful. I would be happy to work with her again!

Susan is very professional with her dealings. She does a thorough walk through to help determine what may or may not need to be done in order to help the home sell. She keeps things very simple and lets her photography and video footage and her communication with the other realtors do the selling. I would highly recommend her and am thankful she made our experience of selling a home we loved so much an easy process.

I couldn't have asked for a better real estate experience than what my wife and I experienced with Susan. She is very in tune with the area and always has her finger on the pulse of the local real estate market. She went above and beyond any expectations I had in getting our home sold and buying our new home. From the first showing to closing everything went as smooth as one could hope for. This was definitely the best real estate transaction I have ever had and will only use Susan in any future real estate endeavors!

I should have written this a long time ago but got busy with moving and plans to build after Susan sold our home on Lake Norman. Susan is the best real estate agent. Responsive, knowledgable, people smart and a strategic negotiator. A high integrity individual with a team of support vendors who can help during the selling phases. I could not recommend someone more and would give her 10 stars if possible.

Susan Dolan is the best realtor I have ever done business with by the largest of margins. She handled the buying of my home and a year later the selling of that home with the up'most professionalism. Many time Susan went above and beyond her responsibilities to help me. For example, after I moved into the house, she came over to pick up her For Sale sign. Inside my house she saw all the paintings I was about to hang up. I asked for her advice where to hang certain painting, she proceeded to help me plan where all the painting should be. As a bachelor, without her help i would have made the house look like a store. I am deeply graceful for all her advice and help. I highly recommend Susan Dolan as the best realtor in North Carolina.

Susan showed me some houses and took my contact information. she said she was going to set up a matrix in order for me to see new listings. Never heard from her again.
