When we relocated to Summerville in 2012, we were in need of an experienced real estate professional to help us navigate the local housing market. Susan went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my first home. She was very patient and attentive to my wish list. She was very knowledgeable about the area I wanted to look in. She helped me through the loan process. Since this was my first purchase, I was lost and struggling with all the paper work. I was scared I would mess something up. When I expressed my concerns with her, she offered to meet me at her office after her day over and go over it with me. It was very much appreciated. She is a super star in my book!!! I would gladly use her again for real estate needs.

Susan was always professional and very willing to help us in a very difficult market. She managed to sell our house when it was looking very grim. We are so thankful we found her to be our agent. Even with a 3 hour time zone difference, Susan was readily available for calls and helped us to feel secure through the process of selling our home.
