About Susan Goldthorp

I am a Real Estate Broker and Investor in Brevard County, and have been managing my own properties for the last 17 years, and working with buyers and sellers for 9 years .

I manage around 15 tenants at any given time. I mainly concentrate on Mims, Titusville, Cocoa, and Merritt Island, however I can work anywhere in Brevard County particularly areas in close proximity to I95.

I am also co-owner of visulate.com

Visulate maintains records for over 8,000,000 properties and 1,700,000 companies in Florida. Enter a street address in the search box then press search. Visulate finds the coordinates of that address then looks for nearby real estate and companies. It displays a map showing the location along with properties and companies within 150 meters.

We also have software where you can analyze the financials on a property to work out how much you should pay for it and for existing properties when it would make sense to sell. .As a Licensed Real Estate agent I can also act as your buyer and/or selling agent. Visulate is accredited by the Better Business Bureau
