I recently closed on my second home sale with Susan as the realtor. The process went incredibly smoothly. She fielded multiple offers and guided me through to the finish line almost effortlessly even in these very different home selling times with new rules and regulations due to Covid.. She is knowledgeable and a consummate professional.

Susan is great! She is the best. She has worked with us an year. She got us the house that we wanted. She was always there for us and fought for us. She isn't just a realtor but also a great friend. She knows everything about a house. We might have seen like 20 plus houses together. During that time she was always on time, she knew our taste, and she was so patient with us. She really helped us out big time to buy the house we wanted. I thank Susan for everything she has done for us. She a truly a hardworker and great person with a beautiful heart. No matter what time of the day it was weather its night or early morning she was always there to answer our phone call or even show us houses. My husband and I work during the day and we were only free on the weekends. Susan would take her time out and show us the houses there were available each time. I would definitely recommend Susan to anyone who is looking for a house because she is number 1. I am truly blessed and happy to have Susan as our realtor. Thank you Susan for everything.

Susan Greenbaum is the best! She’s very knowledgeable, patient, invested in her clients, and truly wants you to be happy and comfortable throughout the entire home buying process.?? We met Susan at an open house 3-4 years before we ending up buying a home with her. At the time we were just looking and not yet ready to make the big move. She kept in touch and checked in with us periodically. Occasionally she would meet us at open houses and give us private showings. Susan always made herself available and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Over the years she became more like family than our real estate agent. Once we got serious about buying a home she devoted herself to our search. After we were in contract for our home, she made the process easy and seamless and lined up all the necessary components (mortgage broker, lawyer, inspection, etc.) All her recommendations worked out beautifully and we closed in 30 days (during the complications of Covid-19 in June 2020). My wife and I highly recommend working with Susan!!

By far the best experience I have had with a realtor. Susan was able to locate and find every single type of home that fit our profile until we were able to find the perfect one. She is never pushy, always listens, and has the best understanding of what her clients are looking for. I can say from personal experience that she always sticks up for her clients as well, regardless of who she deals with.... and this is one of her most admirable traits. She has an unbelievable amount of knowledge about the market/communities which is an invaluable asset as well. My only regret is that I did not work with her sooner, and in the future I will not hesitate to have her by my side!

Susan is an absolute professional! She possesses all the qualities you would want your Realtor to have: personable, knowledgeable, diligent and skilled at getting results. In my case it was finding me the right buyer, and this she did ultra fast! And the price was more than acceptable. It was truly a delight to work with Susan. I was overhelmed when it came time to sell my father's home, but Susan made the process so effortless. From the very beginning, she was there for me, helping to stage the home with her own touches, waiting at the house for inspectors to show up, recommending things I could do to improve the curb appeal (she even planted flowers!). Although she had other clients and other showings, Susan always made me feel as though my home were her priority, answering my calls promptly, holding several open houses and even making goodie bags for each prospective buyer to take home with them. After just a few weeks, I had several offers! Susan was very informed about the closing process as well, and made sure all the T's were crossed and I's dotted so all went very smoothly. I highly recommend Susan and would definitely use her services again!

i met susan while she was mowing the lawn of the home across the street she was selling. she works like a dog on helping getting your house ready for sale. i had my house painted and she helped.she helped me clean and get rid of all the junk i had collected over 33 yrs. once she was at a wedding and i called her, she spent about a 1/2 hour on the phone with me. i would definetly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor

I feel very fortunate to have found Susan. I'm a first-time home buyer, who came in with zero knowledge about buying or owning a home. Susan was able to land us our dream home. She worked tirelessly to make sure that we were being treated fairly, and ensured that we were getting a good deal. She referred us to a fantastic real-estate attorney as well, and the whole thing went smoothly without any issues. Very satisfied, would highly recommend!
