I met Susan while purchasing a home for my parents back in 2001, I was impressed with her integrity level and the pleasant personality, managing my parents to agree, and selecting an upcoming area that proved very wise. Susan diligence, responsiveness, and her local knowledge of the Tampa Bay area prompted additional investment properties by my parents they simply love her and we have the best real estate agent in Florida.

Susan was amazing helping in my search for a condo in my budget range, with certain features that I was looking for.Her energy and work ethic is unbelievable, always striving to find me my dream vacation home.She was not only my realtor, but my friend after I saw within her a sincere kindness and totally good person.I did purchase my dream condo with her help and I am totally impressed with her dynamic personality, and positive personality.Susan always returned my calls and texts in a timely manner, and kept in touch with me on a regular basis.I would highly recommend her to everyone, she is reliable and one of a kind at her job, SHE IS THE BEST!!!

Susan has a lot of energy, positive attitude and will work tirelessly to find the residence you are desiring. She listed the home I was selling and she closed on the condo that I purchased. I had a couple of hurdles along the way, but she navigated those issues and both properties were successfully closed and both on schedule. I would highly recommend her as your agent.

Susan is great! I have sold my home in northern Illinois and am relocating to Florida. My home sold quickly and Susan is helping me find the perfect home for myself and my 2 dogs which has not been an easy task. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Susan is a go-getter and I would definitely recommend her!

Susan has your best interest at the forefront of the renting and buying process. She made me feel like I was her only customer. She took extra time to help me fill out forms that technically I was suppose to do on my own, but she wanted the process to be easy and efficient I've never dealt with a realtor like Susan before and would recommend her to anyone lucky enough to have her..
