I can't recommend Susan enough. We had trouble finding the right place during a hot market, and Susan was patient and shared her humor and wisdom through the entire process. This included a sale we had to walk away from -- her experience was instrumental in realizing we weren't getting what we were paying for. Thank goodness she was in it with us! When we just couldn't find the "right" place, she used her local knowledge to root out a place that wasn't even on the market and convince the owner to let us look at it. It turned out to be the absolute perfect place for us. Susan is AWESOME!

We have bought and sold homes in Chatham, Liberty and McIntosh counties. I can say without a doubt Susan Owens is the best realtor we have worked with. Susan was always prepared and knowledge. From the very first showing she had all the stats for this area and a suggestion for the offer price. Our offer (below asking price) was accepted in less than 48 hours. Susan was pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. She seemed happy to meet us for measuring for furniture or whatever. She was always available via text, email or phone and was quick to reply. She worked well with the closing attorney and mortgage lender. The process was so smooth. This was the easiest real estate experience we have had. If we move again, we will definitely call Susan Owens and would recommend her to any family members or friends in need of a realtor.

Susan is awesome!! She helped us buy our home through HUD she was VERY patient and attentive. We knew NOTHING and needed her expertise all the way. I know that Susan sells the South but she could Save the South as well. Amazing lady!! And thank you so much. She met us, drove me(when car was in shop),plus new doorknobs were stolen so she bought me more as a housewarming gift and had them installed . She went above and beyond for us!!!!!
