Energy and dedication. Two qualities I’m proud to possess that allow me to build strong foundations with my clients. I’m Susan Melendez—wife, mother to three amazing children and my “Aussome Aussies,” Spanish-speaker, trail rider, avid hiker, educator, and gym-goer. When I’m not out in nature exploring my happy place, I’m helping wonderful people like you find theirs.
I couldn’t be more excited to provide you with a truly unique real estate experience. Whether you’re looking to buy that perfect place or sell your current property, my goal is to make the process positive, seamless, and simple. I care so much about your needs and desires, and I will gladly go the extra mile to bring them to life.
I feel that my diverse background sets me apart from other real estate professionals in our area. I’ve worked in so many different fields, from retail, to dentistry, health coaching, education and more. Most fittingly, I have experience in investment properties. Above all, I am an eager student and a loyal teacher. Being an educator for over 24 years and founding Learning Unbound, LLC, an organization that provides learning opportunities for kids during the summer, has been so rewarding. My desire to help others understand complicated material is a benefit I bring to each individual I work with, including my real estate clients.
I value learning and education to my core, which is why with me, you’re not only gaining a real estate guide, but a teacher. I will inform you of all the latest market trends and what to keep in mind during the buying or selling processes. You and your goals are my top priority—feel free to give me a call so we can begin this exciting transition together.
