I originally obtained my real estate license nearly five years ago for the benefit of our construction/design company and personal investing endeavors. As time has passed, I represent both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sales process. I draw upon my previous experience as a business owner and from twelve years in the Sales, Service and Marketing team at General Motors to assist my clients in navigating their way to achieve their personal real estate goals and vision.

As a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and Re/Max Real Estate Group, I have invested in education specifically geared toward real estate. I have obtained the following designations:

GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute)
ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative)
CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert)
SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource)
CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert)

Additionally, I am currently a member of the Realtor Land Institute (RLI) and in the process of obtaining the ALC designation (Accredited Land Consultant).
