About Susan Tulloch

I am originally from New England, specifically New Hampshire, but after attending the University of New Hampshire in 1980, I moved to Boston to continue my studies in the field of Graphic Design. I lived in the Back Bay section of Boston near Fenway Park for 4 years, met my husband and started my career.

In 1984, my husband and I moved just northwest of Boston to the town of Arlington, MA, where I continued working as a graphic designer for various marketing companies until, eventually, became an independent contractor/freelance designer. We lived in Arlington for 26 years and raised 4 kids, along with 2 yellow labs, and some cats. In August 2010, with 2 of our 4 kids in college, we relocated to the Tampa area. Fishhawk Ranch in Lithia, FL became our new home where we enrolled our 2 youngest kids in the Fishhawk Schools. I'm happy I made the move from New England to this area; and from my experience, this is a fantastic place to live!

Now with all that said, becoming a real estate agent was my next goal. After being in the graphic design field for almost 30 years I decided it was time for a career change and real estate just made sense. Since I have always enjoyed working with clients and creating successful marketing materials, I know that listening to clients and asking all the pertinent questions to determine exactly what they are looking for and expecting is crucial to success. And the same work ethic goes along with the real estate industry. My goal is to make sure every one of my clients is pleased with the end result...their real estate transaction. Whether you are buy or selling a home, your satisfaction is my success.

I am very please to be an Agent at CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. We hold 11 offices on the west coast of Florida from Tampa Bay to S arasota. We are the #1 CENTURY 21 brokerage in Florida, #1 brokerage on the U.S. east coast and 15th worldwide. Sellers and buyers can view homes just like I do, straight from the MLS, for FREE and in "Real Time" through My ZAP Site. I would love to speak to you some more about your real estate needs and how I can help you achieve your goals in today's market. Call me today... you won't be disappointed!

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

From the perspective of a home buyer, the position of a real estate agent can seem unjustified in its existence. Why in the world would you pay someone 6% commission on the total sale price of your home, just so that they can set up a couple signs in the yard and do some paperwork? On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...

How Your Appearance Affects Your Sales

As a real estate professional, you’ve probably heard one person or another talk about “dressing for success” while they show you their new watch or tailored suit.
